Global Supply Chain Project Analyst

Hybrid - 3x a week onsite in Gaithersburg, MD.

• Support the Project Manager in the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
• Advise the project team of deviations from plan and suggests mitigating actions
• Provide inputs & reporting for project/program status for portfolio updates
• Prepare presentation materials for management reports
• Establish relationships with business stakeholders to capture business requirements
• Interrogate systems, collate, analyze, report and interpret data to support decision making

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with Supply Chain in a global context
• Experience of process management or working with business processes
• Experience of working with varied stakeholders in a cross functional environment
• Experience of working in a complex global/geographical context
• Proven team player, willing to challenge and accept other views and concepts in reaching critical decisions
• Understanding of the principles of Business Process Management and Lean principles and practices
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills and is able to lead mapping exercises
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
