Grill/Baker Hiring ASAP

At Uber Bagels and Deli, we take pride in crafting delicious food that keeps our customers coming back. Whether it's sizzling meats on the grill or freshly baked bagels straight from the oven, we believe in quality, passion, and teamwork. Now, we're looking for a dedicated Grill Cook / Baker to join our crew and bring their skills to our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Grill Cook Duties: Prepare and grill meats and eggs to perfection while ensuring food safety and quality standards.

Baking Duties: Follow dough recipes to prep dough for following day. Boil and bake fresh bagels daily.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Manage inventory of ingredients and notify supervisors of any shortages.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency in food quality.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in grilling, baking, or kitchen work preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate!

Knowledge of food preparation techniques, especially grilling and baking.

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.

Passion for cooking and creating amazing food.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
