HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE TECH NEEDED - F/T or P/T

We are looking for a qualified handyman for maintenance, repairs and punch-outs.

General Requirements:

1.- At least 5-years work experience in building maintenance (plumbing, drywall installation and repair, carpentry, painting, flooring, electrical, etc.).

2.- His/her own tools.

3.- Personal transportation (no shared vehicles).

4.- Ability to communicate in English language.

5.- High school or GED diploma.

6.- Authorized to work in the U.S.
