Handyman/Maintenance Tech Needed

We are a 28-year-old Property Management company looking for a qualified handyman for maintenance, repairs and punch-outs.

General Requirements:

1.- At least 5 years' experience in building maintenance (plumbing, drywall installation and repair, carpentry, painting, flooring, electrical, etc.).

2.- his/her own tools.

3.- personal transportation (no shared vehicles).

4.- ability to communicate in English language.

5.- High school or GED diploma.

6.- authorized to work legally in the U.S.
