Handyman/Maintenance Tech Needed - F/T or P/T

A Property Management firm is looking for a qualified individual for maintenance, repairs and apartment punch-outs.

General Requirements:

1.- At least 5 years' experience in building maintenance (plumbing, drywall installation and repair, carpentry, painting, flooring, electrical, etc.).

2.- his/her own tools.

3.- personal (not shared) transportation.

4.- ability to communicate in English language.

5.- High school or GED diploma.
