Provided a variety of support on systems which consists of vehicular, shelter, or transit case platforms. This support will include installing, configuring, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Baseline hardware for an Intel Program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Performing all aspects of the integration of a system including installing the hardware, labeling cables, running cables, building the system to the drawing package, quality assurance, system configuration, and all levels of testing in regard to the system.
  • Perform vehicle and shelter integration/ fabrication activities for a variety of U.S military platforms.

More About the Role:

  • Applies technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles to perform complex assembly and installation, as well as identifying malfunction cause, and restoring equipment/system operations.
  • Systems Technicians support various functional areas to include logistics, engineering, configuration management, testing, QA, and purchasing to manage project risk and support client's needs.
  • Applies technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles to perform complex assembly and installation, as well as identifying malfunction cause, and restoring equipment/system operations.
  • Perform various operations required to assemble, install, and test a variety of components, materials, and equipment

    Fabrication of mil-spec signal, power, and data cabling

    Provide hardware support project systems at exercises and demonstrations.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An active DoD Top Secret clearance.
  • The ability to interpret and follow drawings, wire diagrams and written directions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Willing to learn and ability to adapt to changes in mission.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma with 7+ years of relevant technical experience

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • An active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to fabricate cable assemblies; power, data, fiber, etc.
  • CDL Class B.
  • Experience working in a DoD Contracting Environment Military Intelligence experience.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $59,400-$121,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
