Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Annapolis, Maryland. The role is within the technology industry and will be based on-site. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be expected to provide comprehensive technical support, manage system configurations, and handle customer inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance for inquiries related to Android and Apple devices and systems. Utilize Cisco and Citrix technologies to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Accurately manage and update customer records in the database. Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to system operations. Perform regular checks and updates on EO/IR systems to ensure optimal performance. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on system reports. Implement configuration management and deployment strategies for computer hardware. Maintain proficiency in Active Directory for efficient system operations. Contribute to Android Development projects as needed. Provide transportation to the workplace as required. Requirements Proficiency in Android Development. Familiarity with Cisco Technologies. Experience with Citrix Technologies. Strong knowledge of Database management. Understanding of EO/IR systems. Proficient in Active Directory operations. Experience with Apple Devices. Good understanding of Computer Hardware. Experience in Configuration Management.
