Job Title: Help Desk Manager

Location: Baltimore MD 21206 (Can work remotely)

Duration: Full Time

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and guide for specific technologies and applications
  • Perform system analysis, design and integration in specific area

Required Skills:
  • Must have IT Help Desk Management experience.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.

Education:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Business, or related field.
