Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting the tech with carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, and other restoration and repair projects across various sites.
- Handling tools and materials, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Supporting team members in day-to-day tasks as needed.
- Learning and applying restoration techniques under guidance in order to become a technician.
Requirements:
-Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Comfortable with physical tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly.
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality.
- Able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
- Prior experience is a plus but not necessary - training will be provided!
