Hiring Skilled Subcontractors for Home Improvement Jobs

We are looking for a skilled, neat, and professional subcontractor who can confidently represent my company on various job sites. You’ll be paid per job, and we can work out a percentage-based pay structure depending on the scope. Jobs typically range from $250 up to $50,000. For larger projects, you’ll need to have your own crew or bring in reliable help that meets the same standards. We’re based out of Columbia, MD, and job locations may range from just north of Baltimore down to the DC area—it all depends on the project scope and pay.

Requirements:

Own dependable vehicle and valid license

Punctual, presentable, and able to communicate clearly (you don’t need perfect English, but must be able to communicate effectively)

Good at documenting work with clear job photos

Able to pick up materials as needed

Must check in and out daily (text when you arrive and leave job site)

Versatile skills in home improvement — we mainly do painting and drywall, but other trades like carpentry, basic plumbing, etc. are a big plus

Must be organized and professional on-site
