Requirements:

Minimum of 5 recent professional references (from contractors you’ve worked with)

Must have strong attention to detail and pride in clean, professional finishes

Must follow directions and meet quality standards at each project phase

Position Details:

This is a 1099 subcontractor position

No advance payments — all payments will be made via direct deposit

Payments will be divided into 3 progress-based phases and released only after each phase passes a quality check
