Description We are in search of a HR Generalist to join our team based in Rockville, Maryland. This role involves a variety of responsibilities such as benefits administration, processing documentation for various types of leave, managing worker's compensation cases and supporting payroll functions. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Administer and manage employee benefits. Process documentation for Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other types of leave. Handle worker's compensation cases and ensure proper procedures are followed. Act as a backup to the payroll administrator, assisting in payroll functions when necessary. Utilize ADP software for various HR functions. Ensure compliance with legal and company HR policies. Maintain open and effective communication channels to address employee relations issues. Use HRMS and ATS systems to manage HR-related tasks. Manage other HR-related tasks as required, including compensation administration.
