Description We are in search of an HR Generalist V to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. This role involves developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that span multiple functional areas. You will collect and analyze HR data, make recommendations to management, and oversee the completion of paperwork related to these functions. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Prefer to be located in SEA or NYCResponsibilities: Design and administer human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making. Make recommendations to management based on analyzed HR data. Oversee and establish procedures for paperwork completion for the HR function. Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation benefits or company policies. Implement and monitor HR practices and procedures. Lead and direct the work of others in the HR team. Exhibit creativity in accomplishing HR-related goals. Manage worker's compensation and QA management processes. Leverage extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish HR goals.Requirements Proficient in planning and organizing HR procedures and practices in line with the company policy. Capable of handling Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks effectively. Familiarity with benefit functions and associated paperwork. Aware of worker's compensation rules and regulations. Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) Management. Possess creativity to develop innovative HR strategies and solutions. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with various departments and team members. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role would be an added advantage. Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
