HR Recruiter

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Fulton, Maryland. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and is primarily focused on recruiting for our event marketing team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, building pipelines, and ensuring high output productivity. Responsibilities: Source and build a pipeline of candidates for the shows. Recruit for the team that attends various events such as home shows, bridal shows, expos, and more. Ensure high output productivity in terms of candidate sourcing and recruitment. Utilize high volume calls, CRM, and ATS for effective recruitment. Work with the team to fill up to 105 seats with potential candidates. Collaborate with the team of 20 managers operating in various territories. Be open to working varied hours including weekends and evenings. Handle the onboarding process and ensure seamless transition for new hires. Use skills in 'Recruitment - Sourcing', 'Corporate Recruiting', 'Full Cycle Recruiting', and 'Talent Sourcing' to effectively perform job duties. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR Recruiter role or similar position within a manufacturing environment. Proven skills in Recruitment - Sourcing, Corporate Recruiting, Full Cycle Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Sourcing. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Proficiency in using HR software and computer systems. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong decision-making skills, with a keen eye for identifying and sourcing talented individuals. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
