job detailsWe are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a solid understanding of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials. In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and operating injection molding machines, monitoring operations, inspecting finished products, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math calculations are essential. Proficiency with hand tools, familiarity with CNC machining and press brake machines, and a forklift certification or the willingness to obtain one will be beneficial. Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications

Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
