Position Description:

  • Apply sound instructional design principles and a user centric approach to the design and development of all deliverables
  • Lead the continued development of the SUM and the SDD
  • Develop screen recorded explainer videos using established templates and approach
  • Continue to develop and update existing eLearning modules using Storyline 360, including practices/demos, test question maintenance, publishing to Review 360 and LMS adherence
  • Prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Apply agile methodology approach to all design, development, and testing efforts
  • Develop new eLearning courses, as needed
  • Assist in the development of onboarding artifacts, as needed

Key Required Skills:
  • Experience with Instructional Design, technical writing skills, MS Office, Strong attention to detail, project management and organizational skills
RequirementsBasic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience or masters degree and 5 years of experience.
  • 5+ years Instructional Design experience
  • 5+ years of experience using MS Office to write technical documentation, specifically software user manuals and software design manuals
  • 5+ years designing, recording, editing, and narrating technical explainer videos with TechSmith Camtasia
  • 5+ years direct experience designing and developing eLearning courses with Articulate Storyline 360
  • Must have Experience with government contracting program/ Prior Federal Exp.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
