IT assistance

I've posted this ad before, but was unable to follow up. I'm looking for someone in Baltimore, or Md or Va within an hours drive or so. I'm looking for someone who can teach me computers (from cell phone applications to basic office programs). I would like help learning about computers/IT, so that it's easy for me. I don't care for IT, but of course use a computer for work. I really need assistance breaking things down into the basics so that it's easy for me rather than a struggle. I'd like to actually like it, and have a handle on technology rather than be so frustrated by it. I need to be able to wrap my head around it and have an easy time using systems when I use them. The goal is to use IT without frustration and become good at it. So if this is something that you could assist me with, that would be much appreciated. I'm looking for someone to teach me in person, near Baltimore or within an hour or so drive. Someone that could break things down and explain really well. I'm not interested in remote, but thank you anyway.
