IT Business Analyst

This Position is

• W2 Contract, 12 Months (Extension likely)
• Location: Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite (Wed & Thur) - Baltimore, MD
• Work Schedule:
• 40 hrs/week
• Local candidates and those with ability to commute to the location

• The contractor responsibilities include:
• Extracts the device enrollment transaction log & errors log and provides associated reports.
• Data Validation QA and various queries and types of data
• SFTP owner and manager of share file site(s)
• CC&B(Customer Care & Billing)
• Defect testing and troubleshooting
• Production Support includes, but limited to:
• Process, approve and submit bill credit requests
• Data Validations, Program Defects and Enhancements (EDMs), Supplemental Marketing QA
• Project Support:
• Support ongoing project defects and annual enhancement projects.
• Multi-Family Extracts (Bulk Enrollments and Bulk Un-enrollments)
• Process Mapping, BGE IT and Vendor IT Coordination

• Bachelor of science degree in information systems preferred or combined 10 years of experience in the IT field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with IT integrations, testing, planning and process outline and improvements
• 2-4 years minimum years of experience
• Experience in
• Data Validation
• Defect Testing
• SFTP and file share management
• Oracle
• Project experience
• Strong knowledge of Oracle CC&B system and SalesForce software
• Proficient communication skills to internal and external stakeholders to business level program managers and leaders.
