We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to join our team. As an IT Change Manager, you will collaborate closely with Organizational Change Management Leads and business stakeholders to implement effective strategies for managing organizational change. Your role will focus on guiding employees through transitions from the current state to the desired future state, aligning with project goals.12+ month assignmentPay rate: $75-80/hrResponsibilities:

Work with Organizational Change Management Leads and business stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management strategies.

Collaborate closely with key Creative Arts, Media, and Strategic Communications team members.

Develop and deliver tactical deliverables for stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and other change management activities.

Ensure alignment of change initiatives with sponsorship and stakeholder support.

Assess organizational readiness and implement plans to address gaps.

Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of change management activities.

Utilize change management methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in change management, with a focus on methodology, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing or communication, training/performance support, or organizational readiness.

Proven track record of successfully delivering change management initiatives in complex environments.

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and change management best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is preferred but not required.
