We are looking for Project Management resource to manage two (2) projects at the Judiciary, the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Project and the Document Redaction/Artificial Intelligence Project.
Responsibilities and Duties:Managing two (2) Judicial Information Systems (JIS) IT Projects, including but not limited to:(1) Maintaining expert level knowledge and skills relative to the JIS Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the Project Management Office (PMO) templates,(2) Creating and maintaining the Project Plan (PP),(3) Monitoring the ongoing project activities against the project management plan and any project performance baselines,(4) Monitoring and controlling project scope, cost, and schedule,(5) Tracking all project performance against any performance metrics,(6) Working in partnership with the project team, JIS infrastructure team, and project vendors to manage the release of new software,(7) Viewing stakeholders/business owners’ functional duties holistically to understand impact of dependent/inter-related business functions,(8) Chairing project and status meetings,(9) Managing project related issues including but not limited to:System requirements,Data,Performance,Workflow,Business process,Quality of the software, orTrainingKnowledge of Judicial Information Systems (JIS)Knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).Knowledge of Judiciary Case Management System(s)Software implementation strategies to include: (1) Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) (2) In-house (3) Software as a Service (SaaS) (4) Cloud computingITIL CertificationPMP Certification
