Journeyman Electrician

Description:The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for supporting the master electrician as well as a few other internal employees through their daily installs/repairs.Our client has developed an electrical practice to couple with their telecommunications practice. They have continued to dominate in the communications market, and almost all of their electrical work that must be done within the telecommunications installs has been outsourced until the past few years. The electrical team has partnered heavy with Wireless Carriers for BESS (Battery Energy Safety Storage) and Generator installs at cell sites. They are also gaining a ton of work within the EV space with rising initiatives and Autonomous Vehicles on the horizon. Some of the main clients that this electrician will be supporting are on the wireless carrier side of the house as well as a ton of EV (Electrical Vehicle) support at various dealerships and commercial properties. They will be working to support generator deployments for the wireless group, service work, upgrades, cabinet installs, basic electrical piping and wiring, etc. Must have a MD Journeyman license or in process of getting one. Open to candidates that are at the tail end of their apprentice program. Top Skills Details:

4+ years of experience balancing power (Sound understanding of AC/DC Power)

Highly proficient with conduit (mostly rigid or intermediate, EMT knowledge is a bonus)

Knowledge and understanding of low voltage cable.
