As a Junior Program Analyst, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter by:● Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program● Supporting customer requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities● Supporting the Deputy Assistance Program Manager for Logistics (DAPML) by performing research, data collection and analysis, develop presentations, and perform administrative functions● Supporting the program efforts including research of special topics, preparation and coordination of reports and development of monitoring systems as applicable● Track the implementation of required corrective actions, milestone accomplishments and evaluate site support readiness on a continuing basis to determine problem areas and recommend solutionsWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science● Eight (8) years of experience is required without a degree● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience in addition to a BA/BS or 2+ years of related experience in addition to Eight (8) years of experience● Required Security Clearance Level: Secret● Required Skills and Abilities: Effective oral and written communication, good problem-solving abilities● Preferred Skills: Proficient with MS Office products● Location: Hybrid, minimum two (2) days per week in-person interaction at customer location● Ideal candidate will reside in near proximity to the Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River● US Citizenship RequiredGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● Full-flex work week to own your priorities at work and at home● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysWe are GDIT.
