This role will be responsible for executing against our grassroots and club strategy as it pertains to partnership retention and acquisition, management of current and future national circuit platforms, sales, account management, marketing execution. The Lead, Grassroots & Club division role will provide direct support to Sr. Manager in helping develop and drive the club/grassroots team sports business.Your Impact This position will be hyper focused on the targeted athlete ages 12-18. Direct sales responsibilities in key sport categories including inline and uniform products Responsible for ownership of KPI’s across sales targets, partnership retention and new acquisitions for respective areas of business. Additional responsibilities include prospecting of potential partnerships, maximizing current grassroots partnerships, forecasting the apparel, footwear, and uniform needs of our club organizations, stay hyper connected to our key service partners in the space. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to identify new opportunities, report on the business trends, and capture market share. Work cross functionally with marketing partners to elevate partnership experiences Drive dialogue and feedback to inform UA product team trends and needs in this channel.Qualifications Bachelors Degree with 8 years of relevant experience Excellent communication and presentation skills. High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs, SAP and MS Office.Workplace Location

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.

Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation$100,241.00 - $137,831.10 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
