- Serve as the primary technical liaison coordinating the development, implementation, and testing of required system integrations with clinicians, system owners, vendors, and system-wide stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and manage required efforts to complete the following overarching tasks:
- Scope of projects: Coordinate resources and manage on-site assessments and the elicitation, definition and documentation of functional, performance, and support requirements for required voice, data, and clinical application integrations.
- Integration management: Coordinate resources and vendor efforts and manage the development, implementation, and validation of system integrations required to assure full interoperability and delivery of clinical alert data to event manager application.
- Testing, validation, and verification: Coordinate resources and vendor efforts and manage the development, implementation, and validation of system integrations required to assure full interoperability and delivery of clinical alert data to even manager application.
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM): Manage CUCM implementation, integration, and test activities.
- Mobile device management: Coordinate resources and collaborate with Mobile Device Management (MDM) team to develop AirWatch profile deployments and back-end configuration control.
- Deployment support: Coordinate resources, change control, and manage deployments and go-live of Connect applications with nursing teams and applicable stakeholders (on-site hospitals).

- Familiar with AirWatch (Workspace One) or comparable end-user device management technologies
- Familiarity with Nursing and acute care patient monitoring and alerting technologies and/or health IT experience at the enterprise level
- Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills
