Rental Property Leasing Agent (Commission-Based)

We are seeking a part-time Rental Property Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be showcasing our rental properties to prospective tenants. Your responsibilities will include conducting property tours, discussing rental terms and move-in availability, collecting feedback from applicants, and sending out the application links. Additionally, you will handle on-call duties such as property inspections and emergency lockouts. This position is commission-based for showings and leasing. Odd jobs will be paid by the hour (inspections, lockouts, install lock-boxes, etc). We have several properties we are showing now, so be ready to step in right away. We look forward to meeting you.
