Description:As the Billing Specialist, you will oversee client invoicing, assist with the collections process, handle legal billing inquiries, assist with calendar management, complete accounts receivable/payable transactions, perform legal research, complete account reconciliations, and prepare legal documents as needed. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly.On a typical non-billing work day:

Reconciling daily payments into system can range up to 100 payments

Detailing criminal flat fee for invoices manually entered

Accounts receivable and aging report maintenance

Billing workday would include:

Generate invoices per attorney or departments based on how that attorney or department is run

Navigating up to 5-6 client specific billing programs

On a monthly basis, generating and dispatching up to 850 invoices

Skills:Invoicing, Billing, ExcelAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of Billing Experience in legal field/with law firms

Collections and Accounts Receivable experience preferred

Attention to detail, Ability to multi-task

Work across multiple departments and software
