Schedule: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 7 days a week

A.T. Protective Services, LLC is a premier security services provider dedicated to protecting people, property, and communities. We are seeking four reliable, experienced, and Maryland-licensed armed security guards to join our team at an apartment complex in Waldorf, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence on the property.

Monitor and respond to any suspicious activity or security incidents.

Enforce property rules, regulations, and policies.

Document and report incidents to management and local authorities as required.

Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

Qualifications:

Active Maryland Armed Security Guard License.

Registered firearm owned by the applicant (must be carried during shifts).

Reliable personal transportation to and from the site.

At least 1 year of experience as an armed security officer (preferred).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Availability to start on December 1, 2024.
