Experienced Litigation Attorneys.The selected candidate will manage all aspects of civil litigation, from developing litigation strategies, conducting discovery, negotiation settlements, and more. We are looking for a candidate who can handle multiple cases efficiently, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about the law.If you are out of work or currently working and looking for a change, we're encouraging any and all attorneys with litigation experience to apply!Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation.
Develop litigation strategies and build strong cases.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, briefs, and etc.
Research and analyze complex legal issues.
Engage in settlement negotiations.
Advise clients on legal rights and responsibilities.
Advocate for clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings or trials.
Maintain client relationships.
Keep abreast of changes in legal and court regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
Member in good standing with MD state bar.
Proven experience as a Litigation Attorney.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work with a team or independently as cases demand.
