The Marketing Operations Manager will be supporting the Enrollment Enablement Marketing team. Focused on support and optimization of the customer experience through enterprise solutions and technology. The primary focus will be on customer experience, stability and quality. Support the team to identify and support initiatives, technology updates and implementation for continuity, functionality, and overall experience to increase throughput. Equip employees (sales team) with tools needed to achieve optimal performance. This will require strategic thinking, strong project management skills, organization, problem solving and an enablement mindset.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure the overall health and efficiency of customer experience.Assess health and function of systems, evaluating optimization and efficiency and identifying solutions.Collaborate closely with Operations to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives.Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of information into a clear, concise, effective presentations and reports.Test multi-channel acquisition programs and provided user acceptance testing for technology implementations.Champions new technology/process innovation around Enrollment platform for reducing lead costs, enhancing the Prospect/Student experience, and streamlining processes.Identifies and helps implement technologies, in partnership with IT, to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI.Drives and project manages initiatives across institutions and departmentsPartner with Institutional leadership and Marketing to ensure activities support evolving needs with focus on process improvements and marketing capabilities supporting quality service, accuracy and compliance.Maintains documentation of processes, UX and CX mappingPerforms other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.
