Manufacturing Engineer

Description:1 Design and implement effective, efficient and safe tooling. 2 Provide and maintain work instructions for equipment and processes. 3 Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes. 4 Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services. 5 Support quality improvement teams 6 Support cost reduction teams. 7 Participate in cell level problem solving 8 Improve manufacturing efficiency. 9 Complete design and development projects by training and guiding technicians. 10 PFMEA development Competencies (Min 4, Max 10) 1 Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design. 2 CAD Experience, 3D modeling. 3 Technical writing/spreadsheet creation. 4 Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. 5 Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint 6 Pneumatics/Hydraulics component functionality 7 Familiar with Lean ManufacturingSkills:lean manufacturing, iso 9001, Process improvement, autocad, quality engineering, quality management, quality assurance, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing processAbout Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
