This role must adhere to high quality and safety standards, in controlled ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms. Manufacturing Technicians must engage with all SOPs, work instructions, and device history records, to meet product standards. The role may require performing diverse tasks, across multiple workstations, with minimal errors.Manufacturing Technician III associates are subject matter experts on their equipment and manufacturing processes. They demonstrate their mastery by completing all manufacturing tasks on or ahead of schedule, correctly, and with minimal to zero scrap. Additionally, they train, coach, and influence the rest of the team to meet the highest production, safety, and quality standards.The Manufacturing Technician III role provides critical support functions to the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and HR departments. This is accomplished by immediately identifying and addressing quality deviations, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing root cause analysis, driving process improvements, and performing training of their peers.Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED certificate

5 years of manufacturing experience in a cleanroom/regulated environment-

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $19.44 to $30.13 per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week 52wks)) for this position, is $44,478.72 to $68,942.02. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.Employees have the flexibility to choose the benefits that best fit their individual needs.
