Job Summary:The Marketing Manager is a key leadership and project management role within Northrop Realty, responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and prioritizing all agent marketing support services. This position serves as the central intake and workflow management point for agent marketing requests, ensuring all projects are properly scoped, assigned, tracked, and delivered in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner. Strong project management skills are essential, including the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain structured workflows, and ensure consistent turnaround times in a fast-paced, agent-driven environment. In this role, you will act as the primary marketing partner to agents, managing a high volume of requests while ensuring clear communication, accountability, and seamless execution from intake through completion.Additionally, this role supervises a team of creative designers, providing leadership, direction, workload management, and quality control to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and business objectives. The Marketing Manager is responsible for balancing team capacity, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring equitable distribution of work while maintaining high service levels.
