About the Role:Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst is responsible to improve accuracy of data in MDM Platform. You will collaborate with operations data management (ODM) team to understand data challenges along with business needs and analyze them in context of broader use of master data along with ongoing future requirements.Key Skills: Mastering and Data Quality (20%), Informatica multi-domain MDM (40%), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data domain (20%), Asset Management Distribution industry (20%)What will you be responsible for:Influence product backlog to build a culture of data and ensure data quality through the mastering processProvide expertise in the Master Data Management (MDM) ecosystem, including MDM operating process improvement including cleansing, match and merge, and integration with salesforce and third-party vendor data setsDrive investigation and gap analysis of business rules for the automation of matching and survivorshipEngage with operational data management team to review, plan, and manage ongoing MDM data issuesProvide expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data domain, engage data quality resources/ services to profile DQ levels, identify controls and business rules at detail level that is in line with best practicesReview MDM environment for efficacy, performance improvement and support overall MDM data governance modelAddress change management and ensure reference and master data remains validated and agreed to by the businessOwn MDM pain points to solution mapping along with the releases and timeline view in collaboration with Product OwnerWhat your day to day will look like:Drive/Participate in grooming sessions with Business and Technical teams to document Minimum Product Increments (MBI) and further formulating them into features/storiesTranslating business problems into data needs in collaboration with IT and Operational Data ManagementReview and assist Product Owner in Product Demo and product strategyUnderstand and analyze the operational aspect of data platform and data governanceDocument business/product issues, Opportunities and technical procedures aligned with CDR product visionFacilities User Acceptance Test and support the end-to-end testing with business stakeholdersReview and assist in user story refinement and acceptanceExperience:Minimum five years of experience working within MDM programs and the processes of mastering dataBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferredProven track record of delivering customer domain master data management across a complex portfolio of stakeholdersUnderstanding of MDM tool suites including configuration such as Collibra, Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, TIBCO, or other industry-used tools (Informatica is a plus)Experience in the latest components of Informatica multi-domain MDM editions including Business Entity and Data DirectorSkills and Abilities:Thoughtful process of analyzing data and problem-solving skills to reach a well-reasoned solutionHigh sense of urgency and follow through. Partnering effectively to execute on common goalsAppreciation and understanding of the asset management industry distribution and sales to understand data challengesSuperb communication skills to explain big story around various data scenarios and drive common understanding of problem in hand along with the proposed solutionThe interview process will include an initial telephone or Zoom screening.Please let us know your interest for this position.
