Have a friendly and professional tone on the phone and when interacting with patients.Answer the phones and schedule appointments.Scan documents into the computer.Verify insurances and check for referrals.Submit prior authorizations for certain procedures.Check patients in and out for their visit‬ while verifying their demographic infromation.Collect co-pays and balances from patients.Other duties as assigned.
