Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager for a 1-month contract. This role is perfect for someone looking for a side gig or a short-term opportunity to utilize and enhance their administrative and managerial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with 22 marketing vendors.
- Organize and secure logins for various platforms and tools.
- Develop and maintain a budget using Google Spreadsheets.
- Contact vendors to ensure that all accounts are fully maximized and optimized.
-Print vendors in 3 ring binder for organization and also save them to the google drive.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and other Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
