Network/Lab Support Specialist

Job Title: Network/Lab Support SpecialistLocation: Baltimore, Maryland ( First month Onsite then Remote )Client: SSA (Social Security Administration)Project: DUEASecurity Clearance: Public Trust Job Description:DUEA needs a Network/Lab Support Specialist to both implement and maintain a testing lab environment where developers and validators can test their mobile applications in real-world scenarios using real-world devices on a number of platforms. Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree and 7 Years of relevant work experience OR Master’s degree and 5 Years of relevant work experience as a Network/Lab Technician or a minimum of 11 years related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years installing and troubleshooting network connections and configurations
• 5+ years’ knowledge and/or use of various Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android)
• 2+ years supporting hardware (upgrade, modify, troubleshoot, and integrate hardware)
• 2+ years’ experience implementing cloud-based software
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance

• Experience with WebSphere and/or AWS Cloud implementation
• Experience with AWS Device Farm
• Experience with network segmentation (subnets)
• Familiarity with NIST standards and framework
• Prior Federal government experience
• Self-starter with excellent customer service skills
