Description Job Description:Leidos is seeking an Onsite Manager with an active TS/SCI to work onsite in Suitland, MD!The Onsite PM will support a complex Leidos program, interfacing with all levels of customer at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) and Leidos management. The Onsite PM will support an IDIQ effort across multiple programs that include technical and support functions as well as assisting the PM to oversee processes and procedures for a variety of program requirements. This position will support the PM for all customer requirements and interactions, understanding customer needs, and leveraging Leidos innovative solutions to solve complex problems. This individual will work with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government leadership personnel, and Leidos senior management. Responsibilities include:Works under the direction of the Program Manager to provide programmatic oversight of contracts supporting the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), implementing industry best practices to meet contract requirements.
Supports milestones and ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, manages risks and program problems and assist in developing mitigations/solutions.
Presents formal and informal project status/plan briefings to the government and corporate managers through oral and written communications.
Provides liaison as contract representative and is responsible for assisting to manage all aspects of the program, including project planning, development, and implementation according to cost, schedule, and technical (scope) requirements.
Assists in managing the overall programmatic (cost, schedule, performance) responsibility for the execution of the task orders and contracts
Communicates critical and time sensitive program-related information directly to Program Leadership, or other delegated Government and identified program personnel
Working with different customer groups to ensure all schedules are filled and management processes are streamlined and implemented throughout the workforce.
Working with end customers, subcontractor partners, and Leidos recruiters to ensure customer staffing requirements are filled.
Implement processes and procedures to enable rapid program responses for all requirements.
Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance
BS/BA with 11+ years’ experience; or a MS/MA with 9+ years’ experience supervising personnel, managing multiple, complex, technical programs. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects with a workforce at multiple locations and supporting program staffing activities
Proven ability to connect with and effectively lead a diverse team of varying levels of experience.
Excellent written and oral communication
Experience and ability to successfully negotiate and influence others to understand and accept new concepts, practices and approaches.
Must possess demonstrated capabilities to analyze highly complex issues, recommend plans of action, and manage the resolution of these issues.
Desired Qualifications:Experience working with the Navy customer and the Office of Naval Intelligence
Experience managing multiple government contract vehicles and specialized procurement requirements
DoD 8570 IAT or IAM Level II certification
PMP Certification
Knowledge of ONI security policies and procedures
Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $156,000.00 - $210,600.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
