In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This role specifically supports the Americas Operations Divisional Management team which is responsible for performing a wide range of functions focused on supporting the division’s people, culture, and space management initiatives. The role will provide support across the team’s portfolio and for select initiatives across Americas Operations Divisional Management.

Primary Responsibilities

Support the Americas Operations Space Management team with the following activities:

Manage the onboarding process of Operations new hires and transfers.

Process, track and manage weekly onboarding of hires and off-cycle onboarding of Campus Recruiting programs

Submit requests via system and coordinate deliverables with all relevant departments

Work with Department Managers/Leads to collect information, confirm seat placements and technology, and identify space requirements and issues

Leverage space occupancy reporting dashboards and metrics to create presentations highlighting key insights

Support the Americas Operations People and Culture team with the following activities:

Assist the team with logistics and execution of events and programming

Conduct reach outs and perform cost analysis for event vendors

Draft and edit communications related to upcoming events, programming and regionwide memos

Provide onsite event support, including, but not limited to, event setup and takedown, run of show logistics and vendor point of contact

Assist with program management deliverables for ongoing projects, including editing presentations, organizing execution timelines and reconciling data
