Operations Research Analyst (MBSE), Journeyman

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Model-Based Operations Research Analyst, Journeyman to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for the study and analysis of technological challenges related to engineering/scientific development of processes, systems, and equipment utilizing MBSE practices.

Responsible for designing and executing procedures for experiments, tests, and evaluations on weapons utilizing mathematical and computerized modeling and other analytical techniques.

Provide results of analysis in report/presentation format to client stakeholders and decision makers.

May provide direction to junior level analysts.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess an Bachelor of Art (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Management, Technical, or Scientific area

Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering with Model-Based Engineering applications and technology

Experience with MBSE practices and MBSE tools such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Cameo Collaborator, and Teamwork Cloud

Must have experience with use of SysML

Must understand the engineering lifecycle and MBSE’s impact on system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation

Must have experience working in Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

This is an onsite position. Must be able to report to work location five (5) days per week

Clearance Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen

Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract

Physical Requirements:

Tasking is primarily computer based

The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC

Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods
