One of Our Investment Bank Clients is looking for an Ops Risk Data Analyst in Baltimore, MD. Ops Risk Data AnalystDuration: 12 months + Contract Max Pay Rate - $28/hr on W2 (No Benefits)Location: Baltimore, MD - - Hybrid (in office 3x per week)Analyzing Operational Risk data and simplifying to communicate with internal stakeholders. Candidate does not need to be a SME in risk , rather experienced in data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tooling). Experience in Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk management is a plus Operational Risk spans the spectrum of risks, and may impact any of Brokerages business activities. The candidate will be in the Operational Risk Department (ORD) within the Framework team. The Risk and Control Self-Assessment team defines the framework and requirements, including roles and responsibilities for the Firm-wide RCSA program. In addition, the team is the main point of coordination for the businesses in relation to these programs providing guidance, training and support throughout the execution process. In order to perform this role successfully, a high level of interaction is required with business areas at all levels of the organization, internally. Qualifications:Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlinesBachelor's degree, experience requiredOperational Risk or Enterprise Risk experience may be preferredExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) ; ability to produce concise and effective presentationsRisk, Compliance or Audit experience may be preferred Reviewing Operational Risk Data Reviewing Risk and Control data ORD across the Firm globally and also for the Firm's legal entities and branches. Provide status updates and reporting to internal stakeholdersStatus Monitoring assist in executing, tracking and documenting progress of the annual Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process. Assist in improving efficiencies for the RCSA. Relationship Building, Advice and Guidance form cohesive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders within ORD, which may include the Banks or regional legal entities, and provide insight on assignments, as required.
