Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in the Legal industry, based in TOWSON, Maryland. As a Paralegal, you will primarily focus on reviewing various types of documents, such as invoices and maintenance records. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the litigation process and utilizing your skill set in Document review, Litigation, and Litigation Paralegal.For the right candidate, this could be a permanent opportunity down the line!Responsibilities: Provide thorough document review and analysis Manage a large volume of documents, mainly invoices and maintenance records Assist in the litigation process effectively Ensure prompt response to client inquiries Maintain a detailed record of all the reviewed documents Contribute to the preparation of legal arguments, applications, and declarations Monitor client accounts and take suitable action when necessary Ensure all client records are kept up-to-date and organized Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient processing of customer applications.Requirements Possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law, criminal justice, or political science. Completion of a certified Paralegal program is highly desirable. Proficiency in using legal software for document review and case management. Proven experience in Litigation. Demonstrated ability in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents. Strong knowledge of legal terminologies, procedures, and regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High level of discretion and confidentiality for sensitive legal matters. Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
