Small, busy office seeks a reliable and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to help keep things running smoothly.
Hours: 10–20 per week, flexible schedule (can be spread over a few days).
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Data entry and general bookkeeping tasks
Mundane but necessary tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing paperwork
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and handle routine tasks efficiently
Good communication and organizational skills
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
