Description of Work:
- Coordinates closely with Platform COE and Customer's Design Systems Team to ensure consistent UX support across all platform implementations, supporting the consistency of design efforts and efficient processes for fast delivery.
- Involvement and engagement in Technical Discovery to align UX delivery and approach with product needs.
- Continuously review and optimize UX workflows and design processes across multiple products to support expedited delivery and mitigate technical debt.
- Ensure consistency and best practices for the development and adoption of platform design system support (Pega and/or ServiceNow).
- Deliver capacity building/training/consultative support for customers' embedded UX leads, specialists and Design Systems support to streamline delivery of design within platforms.
- Experience as a User Experience OR Platform Strategist (Pega and/or ServiceNow)
- Experience in direct Interaction/Interface design experience in User-Centered Methods and User Analysis
- Experience documenting user requirements, screen designs, and design recommendations
- Experience with Pega OR ServiceNow platforms
