PMO Support Specialist

Link Solutions is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Support Specialist to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.Must be a US Citizen Must have an active DoD Security Clearance.Non-remote (relocation incentive available)Our Project Management Office (PMO) Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution, compliance, and quality control of ongoing ITSS efforts. The selected candidate will work closely with the ARL ITSS Program Manager and cross-functional teams to manage planning, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and administrative functions that support mission success.Job Responsibilities:Serve as a central point of contact for assigned projects under the general direction of the Program Manager.Assist with the development, tracking, and execution of project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.Support contract administration, reporting, and documentation in line with contractual and organizational standards.Monitor project deliverables, conduct quality reviews, and ensure adherence to established quality and performance standards.Prepare and deliver recurring reports, dashboards, and updates to internal and government stakeholders.Interface with technical, business, and support teams to ensure project alignment and timely issue resolution.Assist with vendor integration tasks and track vendor deliverables.Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and maintain project documentation.Analyze project risks and recommend corrective actions where needed.Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure compliance with DoD and ARL-specific requirements.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
