Position Title: Pool Technician Manager & Pool Technician

Location: Annapolis, MD and Surrounding Service Areas

Employment Type: Full-Time (Seasonal & Year-Round Roles Available)

Now Hiring: Pool Technician Manager & Pool Technician

We are actively hiring for two key roles:

1. Pool Technician Manager

a. Responsibilities Include:

Supervise and support daily pool service crews.

Oversee job quality, route efficiency, and team performance.

Advise owner(s) of any issues or material order requirements

Provide field-level training and troubleshoot escalated repair issues.

Maintain scheduling, inventory tracking, and customer communication.

Uphold company safety and service protocols.

b. Qualifications:

Leadership experience in pool service or pool construction.

Prior supervisory or team leadership role preferred.

Mechanical understanding of pool systems (pumps, filters, automation).

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record.

1. Pool Technician

a. Responsibilities Include:

Perform pool cleaning (vacuuming, brushing, skimming) and chemical testing/balancing.

Maintain and repair pumps, heaters, filters, and related equipment.

Log service visits and report pool conditions clearly to clients.

Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.

Work independently and maintain clean, organized job sites.

b. Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in pool maintenance or general mechanical service.

Familiarity with water chemistry and basic diagnostics.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service focus.

Valid driver’s license required.

c. Preferred Background (Both Roles)

Experience in pool construction or renovation

Service trade experience: landscaping, irrigation, plumbing, HVAC
