Preventative Maintenance Supervisor

The Preventative Maintenance Supervisor will have authority to direct the CMI workforce overseeing all preventative maintenance work performed at CMI’s customer site in Beltsville, MD.Key Job FunctionsOversee all maintenance and repair work for the customer facility and staff to include such staff as pipe fitters, HVAC mechanics, boiler mechanics, generator mechanics, plumbers, drywallers, control panel technicians, electricians, general utility mechanics, and steam fitters.Responsible for the safe, economical operation of the facility and for all persons employed under his/her directionWill carry out the orders of the management in the operation of the buildingResponsible for workload management, planning, supervision and inspectionsOversee and assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnoses and repairs to facilities equipment, fixtures, and propertyPerform QC inspections and produce QC reportsOversee all phases of repair workPerform inspections of building equipment and systemsOversee scheduled maintenance and repair projects, and processing work ordersReview project completion to ensure compliance with building standards and to ensure that work meets customer satisfactionMaintain records and prepare required reportsPerform other management related duties as required
