Principal C/C Software Engineer

1 Year Contract +

Responsibilities

Work from system requirements through to system deliveryDevelop robust system and high-level software designs and implementations that meet requirementsCollaborate with customers, software engineering, product owners and program management to develop, test and integrate software solutions that meet requirementsResolve issues raised by implementation teams in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

Bachelor's of Science in Engineering or a related discipline5+ years of software development experience in C and C3+ years of Python experienceMust hold a TS Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

MS degree in engineering related disciplineExperience with a system modelling tool e.g. Enterprise ArchitectExperience working in agile project environment e.g. ScrumExperience working on a satellite telecommunications systemExperience with Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jenkins, SonarQube and ArtifactoryExperience of applying computer networking principles to project designsExperience reviewing software implementations to ensure they meet system requirementsExperience writing technical documents
