Requirements

Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience (Production Support/Application Support) working in a technical environment and solving technical issues related to applications, servers, database connectivity, etc.
Ability to demonstrate solid knowledge in at least one programming language and/or scripting language through work or educational background (
Python, PowerShell, Unix shell, etc.)
Ability to write basic SQL statements; solid knowledge of
SFTP (secure file transfer protocol).
Requires working and conceptual knowledge of various technical domains (Windows, Unix, Scripting, AWS, Splunk) Is adaptable and able to learn quickly
Shows ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Possesses strong interpersonal skills, as well as, verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of Automated Scheduler (e.g.
Autosys) and
batch support preferredAbility to write basic
Splunk queries and investigate application issues through Splunk logs preferred
Basic understanding of DNS and Load Balancer concepts preferred
Basic understanding of Disaster recovery preferred
