We are seeking an experienced and reliable professional cleaner to service residential rental homes throughout Baltimore City. Our company manages multiple properties and requires high-quality cleaning to prepare units for new tenants.

Job Expectations

The cleaner will be responsible for performing a full, top-to-bottom turnover cleaning, including but not limited to:

Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all rooms, including living spaces, bedrooms, and hallways

Deep cleaning of bathrooms, including tubs, toilets, sinks, tile, and fixtures

Full kitchen cleaning, including cabinets, countertops, floors, and professional cleaning of all appliances(refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher)

Cleaning of windows, window sills, and tracks

Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors

Basement cleaning, including dusting, wiping surfaces, and removing debris as needed

Ensuring the property is fully move-in ready for incoming tenants
