- Day-to-day management, populating, extracting, and interpreting data products from these databases.
- Provide direct support to the Program Office on all MFoS program aspects to include project management, budgets, schedules, contracts, and logistics.
- Develop forecast assessments, documentation, and briefs for MFoS efforts.
- Create long-range strategy documents/briefs for Program Objective Memorandums (POMs), Congressional Staffer Briefs, Classified Budgets, Acquisition Strategy Reviews (ASRs), and Acquisition Plans (APs).
- Track MFoS financial Obligations and Expenditures rates and provide time-critical responses to Navy Leadership budget queries.
- Plan, manage, and draft technical and contract reporting requirements.
- Generate and review documentation to include Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts/Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs), Justification and Approvals (J&As), Determinations & Findings (D&Fs), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Current Secret or Interim Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.
- B.S. in Business or Technical Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project. (Formal degree requirement waivable with commensurate work experience.)
- Experience with NAVAIR programs and managing NAVAIR contracts/budgets.
- Strong knowledge/user of NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Procurement Management Tool (PMT), and Team Work Book (TWB) databases. Responsibilities include the day-to-day management, populating, extracting, and interpreting data products from these databases.
